Increased sipe density
By increasing the sipe, we enhanced block flexibility and the number of biting edges to grip-packed snow. Snow traction is enhanced when the end points (biting edges) of those tiny cuts open a bit as the tread is pushed against the road. All of those tiny open points (biting edges) effectively bite into snow and create additional traction.
